so all our tests are completed, optional sats done, everything is ready for the year 6 trip to Bollington and the slammer jammers end of year show. Whats been the highlight of your year …let us know

Congratulations everyone on winning a super prize in the blogging challenge.  Our next assignment is to think of a person you would like to write a blog comment to…who is it ? nd what would you write?

I would love to write a blog message to Nelson Mandela just to l him how much admire him…what about you?

How do we reduce, reuse and recycle at home and at school?

What is school doing to improve the environment? What are you doing personally?

Ok bloggers it is time to get out there and blog. I challenge you to find and leave comments on at least 3 other blogs. Meanwhile back at the ranch as we set up individual blogs I am going to get students to guest blog on here……we will begin with Shannon and Kourtney…the wonderful duo from year 6.

1. I love to travel to unusual places.

2. I am part Italian and have a very large extended family throughout Italy

3.Sometimes I talk to myself when I am stressed or worried or just happy.

4 When I was younger I played goal defence in netball

5. Before I wanted to be a teacher I was going to be a nurse but found I don’t like being around sick people.

6. That I love dancing to any music.

Well Christmas is upon  us people and I know how busy we all get this time of year.

BUT REMEMBER

Christmas is about the birth of Christ try not to lose that in all the festivities and fun.  Spare a prayer at some point for all the children around the world who are not as fortunate as you.

Finally try to do one good deed this Christmas because a good deed shines like a light in a dark dark world.

so we have one week of school left at Sacred Heart. And a very busy week it is going to be too.

On Maonday is the Key Stage one Christmas show “Its a baby”

on Tuesday its the Christmas parties

on Wednesday Christmas dinner celebrations

on Thursday its a little rest day

on Friday its the Crib Service and end of term assembly

I hope you have all got plenty of stamina!

And I think to myself what a wonderful world
