BLOG ACTION DAY ON POVERTY!!
On The 15th of October it is blog action day on poverty. We at Sacred Heart have already begun our action on poverty with our “walking in their shoes” assembly. Lets blog for all the children living in the poorest conditions in the world today lets not just walk with them I want you children who have so much to give those who have nothing a voice……speak up for the weakest and the poorest children in our world…not just on the 15th but as often as you can.

poverty is something that people want when they need it, for example food, water and clothes. People in Africa and many diffrent countries also need our help to live, and can help old people young people and teenage peole.
Try to give something up like Saskia gave up crisps and I drunk for a day tap water. Some people dont get stuff like we do.

I think you should defo do something about poverty. Pay some money to your school charity it will go a long way. Help stop poverty now we are all doiing it to.

What is poverty? Well poverty is when children/adults like you and me, when people don’t have enogh money to buy daily food. Also they find it hard to buy anything at all, we are so lucky to have the money to buy food and clothes.

What a brilliant post! Poverty is awful, and I think the idea of doing an assembly about Poverty is just great!! I agree, we should all help those in need whenever we can, even by donating clothes or money to charitities.
We must all help, all put alot of efforts into helping, and just speak up for them! They need us.
