Ok bloggers it is time to get out there and blog. I challenge you to find and leave comments on at least 3 other blogs. Meanwhile back at the ranch as we set up individual blogs I am going to get students to guest blog on here……we will begin with Shannon and Kourtney…the wonderful duo from year 6.
By the way girls here are some tips on what makes a good blog ……..read ‘em =)
Is the topic clear to someone who only reads the headline?
Does the lead paragraph tell who and what the story is about and why the reader should care about it?
Is the angle you’ve used likely to seem newsworthy?
Would someone who knows absolutely nothing about this topic understand this post?
Is the post free of jargon?
Have you peppered the headline and the post with keywords and phrases that will be attractive to search engines?
Did you remember to ask your readers a question at the end, or something to stimulate readers to comment?
Did you remember to write with the reader in mind, always keeping in mind!

I always look at your last tip
always keep the blogger in mind. Another tip I like to use is make small paragraphs no one likes to read a long bungle of words =]
Check Out My Blog(Post) on Intentions and Actions- How do you define a person…by their intentions-or- actions?
